Most of our rooms accommodate up to three guests. Our individual rates are based on triple occupancy. If you are hoping to book a cozy space all to yourself to share with one friend we offer single and double occupancy rates at pro-rated prices.

We recently added options to book the entire retreat or half the retreat without meals. Please Contact us to make sure we have availabilty on the dates you are interested in before booking. 

We love hosting groups of crafters at Woodland Ridge Retreat! To best accommodate a stay for multiple people, we create custom contracts and design unique stays for bigger groups including meals and lodging options. Contact us to learn more about custom group options.

Per Person Registration: We require a $100 nonrefundable deposit when you make your reservation. After you make your deposit, we’ll send a reminder of the remaining balance to you two months before you arrive via email. To keep your spot open, make sure your bill is paid in full at least 30 days before your stay. Attendees can pay through our online payment system during checkout via credit card.

Full and Half Building Rental: We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit when you make your reservation.* After you make your deposit, we’ll send a reminder of the remaining balance to you three months before you arrive via email. Final payment is due three months before your arrival.

Single Person Retreat Reservations: Individual guests can cancel up to 31 days before arrival. We ask that you provide your cancellation in writing via email (dyecandy@gmail.com) . If you cancel within that time period, any payments you’ve made can apply to a future stay within the following year. 

Large Group, Whole Retreat and Half Retreat Bookings: All payments are non-refundable.

Workshop Cancellations: Please refer to the workshop page for workshop cancellation policies.

Our retreat rates are based on Triple Occupancy. We receive occasional requests for Double Occupancy and Single Occupancy rooms. Please check with us to make sure the retreat is not fully booked before reserving a Double or Single Occupancy room.

At Woodland Ridge Retreat, we prepare our meals with locally-sourced ingredients. You can enjoy five meals when ten or more guests are staying Friday morning through Sunday brunch. During the week, meals are only available when we are hosting a workshop. Large groups can arrange meals additional meals as a part of their custom contract.

If you would like to do your own cooking, we welcome guests to prepare meals in our kitchen. Don’t feel like cooking? There are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby.

Woodland Ridge Retreat is open weekly from Monday through Sunday afternoon.

Retreats:
   –  Monday retreat check-in after 2PM
   –  Tuesday – Saturday retreat check-in after 1PM
   –  Check-out by 1PM on day of departure
Workshops:
   –  Check-in at 4PM the evening before the workshop starts.
   –  Check-out will be indicated on the class information sheet which is mailed to students 5 months before the workshop.

Please be courteous and abide by our check-in and check-out times. We are often working up until the last moment to get the building ready for you.
