  • New Social Distancing Retreat Rates Good Through Covid19 Times
    (Regular shared room rates are still available.  Loding rates for workshops will differ.)
  • Single Guest Room 5 nights $600 + 5.5% tax
  • Single Guest Room 4 nights or less $500 + 5.5% tax
  • Regular Rates (per person, based on triple occupancy rooms)
    • 5 nights Tuesday-Saturday nights $295 + 5.5% tax
    • 4 nights Wednesday-Saturday nights $295 + 5.5% tax (same as 5 night rate)
    • 3 night Weekend, Thursday-Saturday nights $250 + 5.5% tax
    • 2 night Weekend, Friday-Saturday nights $200 + 5.5% tax
    • 3 night Weekday, Tuesday-Thursday nights $195 + 5.5% tax
    • Add an extra night to any package $50 + 5.5% tax
    •  5 meals, Friday Brunch-Sunday Brunch $85 + 5.5% tax (meal prices subject to change based on rising cost of food)
  • Single occupancy rooms are available at 3 times the triple occupancy rate.
  • Five meals can be provided when ten or more guests are staying Friday morning through Sunday brunch.  Meals are not available during the weekdays unless a class is in session.  Other meal plans available for large groups.  Contact us to find out more.
  • Meals are fresh cooked with locally sourced foods.  Guests rave about our meals!
  • A $75.00 (plus 5.5% tax = $79.13) deposit is due 6 months in advance of your stay if you are a returning guest.  For first time guests, a deposit from each is due with your reservation.
  • Would you prefer to pay by check?  Please fill out a registration form 2019-2020 Registration Form Woodland Ridge Retreat and return it along with the deposit.
  • Balances are due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Weekday only stays are available with a three night minimum stay.
Guests are welcome to prepare meals in our kitchen during the weekdays and on weekends when the kitchen is not in use. Don’t feel like cooking? There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Downsville and nearby Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Small Group Self-Guided Retreat Payment Terms and Policies:

These policies are for single, per person registrations.

**Large Groups must sign a contract and are subject to different policies that are spelled out in the contract.

Self-Guided Retreat Deposits:

For first time guests, deposits are due at time of registration.  For returning guests deposits must be paid 6 months before the arrival date.  Deposits can be paid on our website or via check within one week of registering.   Each guest should return the registration form with a deposit to hold a space. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. **

Self-Guided Retreat balances

Two months prior to arrival date guests will be notified of balances due.  Balances remaining for lodging fees (and meals if applicable) must be paid no later than 30 days prior the arrival date. **

Self-Guided Retreat Cancellations:

Self-guided retreat guests may cancel up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be in writing.  The payment may be applied to a future stay within the next 365 days.  **
